The dock collapse at P&H that destroyed some of its warehouses. Terminals in the Intercity and North End areas constantly faced the danger of eroding foundation fill because they were all built on water lots.

A view of P&H, Agricore S, and UGG M taken from the water. The small P&H was somewhat of an outlier among the massive terminals in the Intercity, but it was one of the longest operating elevators in this area.
